Shipping Policy

DELIVERY TIME 

Our estimated delivery time is between 5-21 days depending on where the order was placed from. You will receive your order anywhere from 5-21 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed. 

Important note: Please note that all estimated shipping times stated are based on normal conditions. Every once in a while, we do experience heavy shipping volumes, especially during the holiday seasons.

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

After your payment is verified, all orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Please note that processing time (1-3 business days) is different from shipping time and should be added to the total delivery time. Orders generally take 2-5  days to be fully processed (checked, packed, forwarded to logistics, and sent forth to the post office). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 9 am CET will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday.

If we are experiencing an extremely high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. In case of significant delay (delayed by 4+ days) in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via the email address linked to your order. Note: most items will be sent separately.
